Will-O'-The-Wisps are little orbs of light. Elves use them sometimes for decoration. Sometimes people who are lost begin to head towards these lights thinking they're seeing light bulbs, but only become more lost. This is much like stray sod, but the Will-O'-The-Wisps have no idea of the problems they cause.
