Phookas are tricksters and can transform into a horse, rabbit, goat, dog and sometimes a human, but they always have dark hair. Phookas have been known to transform into a horse and take unknowing passengers on terrifying rides, but never causing any really harm to the rider. Phookas enjoy messing with people, but have been known to be helpful. Phookas claim all blackberries after November and whoever eats them is stealing from the phookas is open to their wrath. Phookas claim that they can speak the language of any person or animal. Phookas can rotate their heads upside down.
